01 Data we collect
Account data (name, email, avatar) when you sign up; submission data you provide about your tools; and usage data such as pages visited, referrer and approximate region, collected via analytics.
02 How we use data
To operate the directory, review submissions, process payments, send transactional email, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
03 Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and lightweight analytics to understand aggregate traffic.
04 Third-party services
We rely on service providers for hosting, payments, email delivery, and sign-in. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
05 Data retention
Account and listing data is kept while your account or listing is active. You can request deletion at any time; backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
06 Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to processing, by emailing support@aitoolize.com.
07 Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to what operators need, and credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing. Report concerns to support@aitoolize.com.
